/ I have a feeling that every person eventually has a moment where they get confused. We are taught that the world is so big and vast, that there are 8 billion people across the globe, that you will see 10,000s of people once and never again in your life (probably more)…yet there comes a day where you realize the world is actually extremely small…that through randomness people will cross paths in the most unpredictable and unexpected ways.
I think the only way to internalize this and remember it over time is to either a) have it happen to you b) have it happen to you repeatedly c) go back and remind yourself of it occurring.
tl;dr World. Is. Unfathomably. Small.
