From 1 Year in Sf

1. On any day you can list off 5 reasons why SF is either infinitely beautiful or hopelessly deteriorating into ruin. I remain more hopeful.
2. There are plenty of pockets of people. A lot to explore.
3. For better or worse, high quality food is increasingly sparse, and when found, $$$. This phenomenon seems to be occurring in multiple cities per reports from others.
4. Lafayette Park is unassuming yet comfortable and near idyllic at times.
